Power on issues

Different audio settings on your mobile phone may affect the audio quality of the device. You can try adjusting your phone's audio settings to find the best sound effect.

Cleaning the Earmuffs

You can remove the Bluetooth module and speakers （And be mindful not to try to yank a piece out）, then wash earmuff.

Lights blinking issue

The power indicator light will blink when turning on the headphones, but once the Bluetooth connection is established, there will be no lights on the sleep mask during use.

Sound leakage
